What are the opening hours of Panthera Sports Inc. and where is the pickup location?

As Panthera Sports Inc. is an online store of martial art gears, the staff will response requests within 24 hours and appointment will need to be made for all the product pickup. Pickup location is located in:- Unit 203-9011 Leslie Street, Richmond Hill ON L4B3B6
How do I collect the products after purchase?

You can make appointment with our staff for pickup in Richmond Hill or the products will be shipped to your place with fees. Free shipping will be available for some products if the purchase is over $100 before taxes, shipping and handling fees.
Can I request refund/return/exchange for the purchased products?

Please contact Panthera Sports Inc. if the item is damaged within 48 hours after the order has been received. All returns must be made within 14 days of your purchase. - Products must be in original condition and complete packaging. - Products must be returned unused/unworn, in original product packaging, and with all paperwork, part and accessories to ensure credit. - Panthera Sports Inc. is not responsible for shipping, handling or other additional charges for return items.
