REFUND POLICY
A LEGAL DISCLAIMER
Local / Provincial / Overseas shipping items can be returned only if the items are damaged.
Please contact Panthera Sports if the item is damaged within 48 hours after the order has been received. Returns must be made within 14 days of your purchase.
- Products must be in original condition and complete packaging.
- Products must be returned unused or unworn, in original packaging and with all paperwork, part and accessories to ensure credit.
- Photo of the damaged or malfunctioned items are needed when requesting a return or exchange.
- Products must be shipped back to Panthera Sports at the customers' expense.
- All merchandise must be insured properly by the customer.
- Shipping charges cannot be refunded. If the items are not insured properly and get lost or damaged when returned, we cannot grant returns.
- Please contact us for confirmation prior to returning the item.
- Panthera Sports Inc. is not responsible for shipping, handling or other additional charges for return items.
- All returns or exchanges will be at the discretion of Panthera Sports. These returns must be approved by Panthera Sports and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the event any of your products arrive damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours.
Backorders
If you order a product which is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible to see if you wish a substitute size or item. If you would prefer to wait for the item to arrive, we are happy to accommodate backorders.
